Club Terms and Conditions:
- Shipment Information: When shipping wine we require a valid business or residential address. We strongly recommend that members provide a work address to avoid missed shipments. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. An adult 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for delivery.
- Pick-up Policy: As a pick-up member, you are responsible for picking up your wine within 60 days of being billed. Wine not picked up will be shipped to the shipping address on file. Shipping charges will apply.
- Cancellation Policy:Cancellations will only be accepted after the minimum requirement of two club shipments has been met. Requests to discontinue your membership must be done in writing and received two weeks prior to any scheduled processing. Early termination of membership is subject to the charge back of any membership discounts received prior to the required two shipment minimum.
- Payment: In becoming an active member, you authorize Soda Rock Winery to automatically bill your credit card on file for shipments. Members are billed on the 1st of each shipment month.
- Gift Membership: Our wine club membership makes a great gift. We will send all shipments and membership materials to your gift recipient and your credit card will be charged for the shipments. Your gift recipient receives all of the benefits that come with being a member. You may choose the length of membership when you enroll them, or enroll them indefinitely and simply notify us in writing when you are ready for the membership to end.
- Wine Club Notifications: Members will be notified by email of upcoming shipments two weeks prior to processing. It is the member’s responsibility to confirm that the email address on file is correct if notifications are not being received.
- Member Responsibility: It is the member’s obligation to notify Soda Rock Winery of any address or credit card changes prior to each shipment, to avoid delays and additional shipping and re-routing costs.
- This is an ongoing membership and the customer agrees to join the club for a minimum of one year (two club shipments). If a membership is placed on hold, only two shipments may be skipped.
- Member benefits are not transferable to non-members.
- Refund/Return Policy: The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited in the amount of the product sale. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
