Soda Rock winemakers Diane Wilson and Antoine Favero work together to produce top-flight wines, with a focus on Bordeaux varietals. Both winemakers want every wine to capture the essence of the vineyard. To do this, they use techniques such as cold soaking, and employ traditional French practices such as pigeage (punch down), remontage (pump over) and extended maceration, utilizing indigenous yeast whenever possible. These methods elevate flavors and reflect the terroir of the vineyards and spirit of the grapes.
